Inner Light
A guided journey of remembrance, warmth, and Inner Illumination
The Inner Light meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to reconnect you with the luminous center that lives inside every being and the quiet spark from which creation arises.
This meditation invites you into a deeply embodied state of presence, where awareness softens into the body and attention turns inward toward the subtle chamber within.
Through breath, somatic awareness, and guided imagery, you are led into a state of deep receptivity, allowing forgotten aspects of your inner world to gently return to consciousness. This is a meditation of restoration and reunion and a remembering of what has always been whole within you.
This experience is suitable whether you are seated or lying down, and it meets you exactly where you are. There is no effort required, no peak to reach, and no experience to strive for. Your awareness is enough.
This meditation is complete on its own and requires no external tools. Please only engage with any personal practices you already know well, and that are legal and appropriate where you live. If you choose to work with a sacramental ally within your personal practice, you may enter into that relationship during this meditation with care and humility. If not, remain exactly where you are. The light will meet you either way.
After the meditation, you may wish to journal or reflect, allowing the insights and sensations that emerged to integrate gently into your day.
You are invited to return to this meditation whenever you feel called. Each listening unfolds something new, as the light within you continues to reveal itself patiently, faithfully, and in perfect time.
