Beloved Sister, Welcome!

This May, Brandy and I are doing it again!

We are gathering a small group of women in Sayulita, Mexico for our Inner Union Retreat.

This is an intimate, ceremonial retreat devoted to integration, embodiment, and living from wholeness.

This work is for women who are ready to inhabit their fullness with clarity, safety, and joy.

We'll be moving slowly, deeply, and with great care. We will be exploring somatic practices, relational inquiry, movement, ceremony, rest, and celebration of life itself.

If you've come to a retreat with us before, you know how Brandy and I work together: the depth, the attunement, the way we hold our containers is with both, reverence, attunement and real-world grounding. And if you haven't, this is a beautiful entry point into our shared field.
