Life isn’t about running away from suffering or chasing happiness. But it is about discovering our true potential and learning how to live in full alignment with our highest manifestation.

We are here to experience both, suffering and bliss. We can serve the world when we are no longer chained by the anxiety around whether we are awake or not.

We are here to be perfectly imperfect. To open and soften our hearts and fall into deep awakening of wisdom that’s embedded within us.

We can not get rid of impurities, we can never completely “heal” from healing.

This level of wisdom activates us into more beauty, wonder, gratitude and awe. 

There are no mistakes in life. When we are able to drop our attachment to the form and our personality, we are then able to see through concepts and the illusion of separation.

When we heed the call to align with our highest potential we fully embody the pure poetry of human existence. We liberate ourselves from concepts and we are able to supercede limiting belief structures, our attachments. 

Having awareness about where we are in our evolutionary process is key to awakening and liberation. This awareness is a warm welcome into the sweetness of our own being, as we accept, allow and love every part of this human expression. 

Integration support is a holistic process of connection and reconnection to the self and the world; around, after and beyond your journey experience.

Integration is the most important part of this work as it allows one to fully process, embody and stabilize wisdom revealed during our journey together. It is how we stabilize higher consciousness within the vessel of our bodies, our minds and hearts. It is a path of transcendence.

Inner Union Women’s Retreat

We are gathering a small group of women in Sayulita, Mexico in May 2026, for our Inner Union Retreat. This is an intimate, ceremonial retreat devoted to integration, embodiment, and living from wholeness.

We will explore powerful yogic meditation techniques to help stabilize Higher Consciousness within body and mind.

Accessing deep states of meditation requires decades of training. We all have the privilege to KNOW our true nature, beyond this fabric of reality. Yogis call this state “samadhi” - deep and profound stillness, complete union with the divine. Tibetan Tantrikas call this state “nirbhasa” or Clear Light.

But how do we achieve these states if we don’t have the time and leisure to spend hours on end on the meditation cushion?

If you are an experienced and seasoned meditator but haven’t reached samadhi you may be frustrated with the process. Or you’ve tried to meditate but struggle to keep the “monkey mind” in check.

This meditation circle is a wonderful opportunity to explore samadhi states and stabilize Divine in the NOW.

A One on One introductory session is recommended for participation.
